SENDING IN YOUR CLOCK FOR REPAIR WORK!

Clocks can be sent to one of our shops after we determine where
it should go. Please email or call us with a brief summary that includes:

  • The model or name [Example: Telechron 7H140]
  • Basic problem [Example: cleaning movement, not working at all, runs slow, etc.]
  • Additional work desired [Example: refinish case, replace glass, missing parts, etc.]
Below are links to the two shops for non-chiming clocks.
Please make sure you contact us first to make sure your clock goes to the correct shop. All packing instructions and
the address will be on the form with complete directions.

Invoices are due on receipt when your clock is completed and ready to ship back to you.You may pay by personal check, Money Order, or PayPal using a credit card or eCheck. Unless prior arrangements have been made, clocks left unpaid over thirty (30) days, may be sold to pay your invoice.
